Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: How long is each session?

Most private 1:1 sessions are 60 minutes. Group Reflection Circles are 45 minutes, and Youth Support sessions are 30 minutes. Session duration is intentionally designed to allow calm, focused conversation without feeling rushed.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your private Google Meet link and session details. At the scheduled time, simply click the link from your phone, tablet, or computer to join.

No preparation is required before joining. You do not need special knowledge, experience, or a specific mindset. Simply arrive honestly, from a quiet space where you feel comfortable speaking openly if you choose to.
