My Story:
From Mental Noise to Inner Clarity

When Everything Looked Fine — But Didn’t Feel Right

I spent 16+ years working in IT, digital growth strategy, SEO, and enterprise-level systems across India and global markets.

Professionally, things looked stable.
I understood systems, strategy, structure, and performance.

But internally, my mind never truly slowed down.

I was constantly thinking.
Constantly analysing.
Constantly trying to mentally solve everything before life even happened.

The more pressure increased, the more exhausting my inner world became.

Eventually, I realised something important:

External success does not automatically create internal clarity.

That was the turning point.

I discovered Narayan Reiki — not as a belief system, but as a practical way to slow down, observe myself clearly, and reduce mental noise.

Over time, I also explored NLP, conscious manifestation, ENT frameworks, and astrological timing systems as tools for self-understanding — not prediction.

What changed everything for me was combining two worlds:
