Not every thought is important.

One thought leads to another.
Then another.

Overthinking doesn’t come from having too many thoughts.
It comes from giving all of them equal importance.

You don’t need to follow every thought.
You don’t need to solve every possibility.

Some thoughts are just noise.

Today, practice this:
Notice a thought… and don’t continue it.
